We at the Market Design & Build were delighted to be awarded this amazing project in Berkshire.

We were appointed to undertake a project to fully transform the layout of this property, by building a rear and side double storey extension, including garage conversion.

Based on the outskirts of Hounslow town centre, in South West London, our client’s property initially comes across as your average 3 bedroom semi detached home with a rear extension.

Our client already owned a significantly large semi-detached property in North London but his ultimate vision was to completely transform a typical suburban dwelling into an exceptionally unique home.

We were appointed to undertake a project to fully transform the layout of this property, by building a rear double storey extension and a side extension. We also undertook a garage conversion, which included building brand new roof.

Mr & Mrs O’Reilly of London appointed us to create a new open plan kitchen/diner at their family home along with some internal alterations.

The Market Design & Build were very excited to be awarded this particular West London home improvements project. Not only was it based in an affluent part of Teddington town, but it was also to become a newly constructed penthouse, situated above an existing three-storey commercial and residential property.

This stunning terraced family home needed an upgrade and an increase in its habitable space whilst maintaining its Victorian interior. We undertook a full refurbishment, loft conversion and rear extension.

One of our major turning points arose when we were awarded this very prestigious project in the affluent and highly sought after location in Teddington.
