Architectural design and structural package. I chose TMDB because I wanted a non-stressful experience when planning for the extension – and that is exactly what they have delivered. From the moment James came by, with a very professional brochure and genuinely seemed passionate about the project with me and started sharing fun ideas, to the first mock up inspired designs by James, to meetings with the design team (Afshana and Nikos) who were incredibly patient and impressively talented in incorporating my requests. The designs are amazing – my house is not very big, but the team have worked miracle.

We found the Market Design and Build an absolute joy to work with. From the beginning they were incredibly informative on how we should approach our planning application with the council.
