Virginia water new build

This property in Surrey started life as a humble detached bungalow. We took full advantage of the double width plot by extending to the side and the rear, along with the introduction of a large loft which covers the entire footprint. We designed floor to ceiling glass at the rear on both levels, with 2.5m ceilings and 2.1m internal doors throughout to add a feel of true quality. The outbuilding provides a full ‘wellness centre’, with a steam room, sauna, plunge pool, and direct access to the heated outdoor swimming pool, all of which we constructed.

The garden is another area where we really pushed the boundaries. We have an outdoor kitchen with mains gas BBQ, pizza oven, fridges and sinks, along with a sunken seating area and firepit, wrapped up with two outdoor TV’s.

The house is completely state of the art, with every switch, appliance, light and TV connected with a Control4 system which is fully upgradeable as technology advances, all of which is powered by an on-site server.

The principal suite provides complete luxury and function, with a walk-through en-suite bathroom leading to a fully equipped dressing room, all of which are catered to by an MVHR fresh air system along with air conditioning.

The detail in this dream home is consistent throughout, with large profile skirtings & architraves, along with wall mouldings and flush light features, The heart of the home is a stunning floating staircase, again designed and fabricated on site by us.
