Twickenham Side/Back Extension & Full Home Refurbishment

By completely stripping out the entire house and foundations work, removing several walls and installing new steel beams and columns to support the original structure, we were able to increase the amount of living space.

A large double-storey rear and side extension to the property was then added, which generated additional living space downstairs, as well as in all the bedrooms upstairs. The ground floor was fully refurbished with a new open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

Large floor to ceiling sliding doors facing the garden and a skylight allow natural light to pour into the home. The garage was also converted into an office room featuring brick wall and a guest bathroom added.

Upstairs, we were able to skim and repaint all four bedrooms in the property and install a brand-new family bathroom.

The external finish includes Webber rendering at the back and side, and we kept the original look at the front.
