We are pleased to announce the completion of this enthralling loft conversion with a full conservatory refurbishment, first floor bathroom plus w/c refurbishment in the prestige area of Ealing. This project was fully managed with our client living in another country.

Our client’s semi-detached bungalow in a rural part of Pinner had an array of traditional characteristics that many people fall in love with on a home. The owners, therefore, wished to retain these traditional features, whilst given the property a modern upgrade.

This project called for us to effectively create an entire second floor to the property, through the use of an enormous double dormer loft conversion, which has been developed into a beautiful master bedroom, with natural light pouring in through the large windows at the rear.

At this property, we undertook a hip to gable loft conversion and full refurbishment of the family bathroom on the first floor.
