West London – Extension, Loft Conversion & Full Home Refurbishment

This ambitious project in West London transformed a tired two-bedroom terraced property into a spacious and modern family home. It was a fantastic opportunity for our design and build company in London to showcase our craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to deliver large-scale refurbishments that combine style with functionality.

Over the course of five months, our team carried out a complete strip-out and reconfiguration of the house, carefully planning each stage to maximise space and light. The result is a property that feels brand new, with practical modern features and high-quality finishes throughout.

The work began with a loft conversion, which created a valuable additional bedroom complete with a fully tiled en-suite shower room. On the ground floor, we built a large rear extension, opening up the space to form an impressive open-plan kitchen and living area. A roof lantern and bi-fold doors were installed to flood the space with natural light while providing views of the newly landscaped garden.

Additional upgrades included a fully tiled wet room designed with a concealed section for the boiler and water cylinder, plus a refurbished family bathroom featuring electric underfloor heating for added comfort. To complete the transformation, we installed new wiring and plumbing, fire-rated doors, wooden flooring, and external lighting, as well as Weber rendering to the rear extension and a new fibreglass roof to the garage.

This project demonstrates the breadth of our expertise—from house extensions and loft conversions to full property refurbishments.
