Richmond – Loft Conversion, Front & Rear Extensions with Full House Refurbishment

What began as a modest three-bedroom detached house has been reimagined into a five-bedroom family home, complete with two en-suite bedrooms and expansive open-plan living spaces designed for modern life.

• Working closely with our clients, we carried out a comprehensive scheme that combined a rear extension, front extension, and a carefully designed loft conversion. These structural additions provided substantial new living space, while the full internal and external refurbishment ensured the home not only looked spectacular but also performed to the highest standards of comfort and efficiency.
• The loft conversion introduced additional bedrooms and storage, complete with bespoke joinery, Velux windows, and detailed finishes that complemented the original clay roof tiles. At the rear, an open-plan kitchen and dining area was created, enhanced by large bifold doors and roof lights that flood the space with natural light. To the front, a new extension was clad in matching small clay tiles, creating a seamless architectural flow that respects the character of the area.
• Inside, luxury finishes and thoughtful design touches elevate the property throughout. Engineered wood flooring, bespoke bathrooms with walk-in showers and bathtubs, underfloor heating, and a fully modernised electrical and media system all ensure a home that is as practical as it is stylish. Externally, the resin driveway, full rear patio, new fencing, and silicon-rendered façade complete the transformation, delivering curb appeal to match the interior elegance.
