Pinner – Loft Conversion, Rear Extension & Full House Refurbishment

This project in Pinner is a striking example of how our design and build company can completely reinvent a home. What was once a modest bungalow has been transformed into a spacious, modern family residence, thanks to a carefully planned single storey rear extension, a full loft conversion, and a comprehensive refurbishment across both levels.

Our clients wanted a home that not only offered more space but also maximised the beautiful views surrounding the property. To achieve this, we introduced floor-to-ceiling glazing in the new upstairs bedroom, providing breathtaking vistas and filling the room with natural light. The loft conversion itself required a completely new roof structure, creating a large bedroom with en-suite shower room and an eye-catching dormer that enhances the property’s exterior appeal.

The rear extension added significant ground-floor space, with a large skylight positioned above the kitchen area to bring daylight deep into the home. Throughout the property, we installed wet underfloor heating, ensuring year-round comfort, alongside a full electrical and media upgrade for a modern living experience.

Attention to detail was central to this transformation. A glass balustrade staircase, bespoke joinery, and a striking feature wall with integrated fireplace and TV unit add layers of luxury and individuality. Other standout features include a stylish bar area, a ground-floor bedroom, and floor-to-ceiling bifold doors that open onto a flush patio, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
