House Extension and Loft conversion in Kew

With this Kew extension and loft conversion, we were tasked with adding additional living space to the existing property whilst maintaining the original charm and style. We achieved this with a large rear extension and major structural reconfigurations of the entire property.

The structural remodelling of this Kew project includes:

• Double dormer loft conversion to add second floor
• Large rear extension with tiled patio 
• Major structural reconfiguration throughout the property

An entire second floor was added to the existing property via an enormous double dormer loft conversion. This additional space was developed into a beautiful master bedroom, with natural light pouring in through the large windows at the rear. The numerous period features incorporated within this build, such as coffered ceilings and sash windows, maintain the authenticity and traditional appearance of the property.
