Pinner – Side Return Extension & Full Home Refurbishment

This Pinner project demonstrates how our design and build company can deliver a home transformation that increases space without compromising the existing layout. Our clients wanted to expand their family home while maintaining a practical flow, and the solution was a carefully planned side return extension combined with a full refurbishment across every level.

The large-scale reconfiguration created a flexible and functional layout that works seamlessly for day-to-day family life. The side return extension itself became a standout feature, introducing a generous open-plan living space with wall-to-wall bifold doors and extra-large windows that bring the outdoors in. A striking roof lantern floods the interior with natural light, while underfloor heating ensures the home is as comfortable as it is stylish.

To complement the extension, we carried out a full internal strip-out and high-quality refurbishment, including a brand-new first-floor bathroom and an additional ground floor WC. These upgrades ensured that the home’s functionality was in perfect balance with its elegant new design. From the hallway to the living spaces, the interiors were finished to a premium standard, creating a refined, modern aesthetic throughout.
