Pinner – Single Storey Rear Extension & Full House Refurbishment

For this project in Pinner, our London-based client trusted our design and build company to take on a large-scale renovation that would transform their family home. The brief was clear: add space, improve flow, and modernise the interiors to create a property that would meet their needs for years to come.

We achieved this by adding a 37sqm single storey rear extension, opening up the property into a generous, light-filled open-plan living space. At the heart of the design is a four-metre breakfast bar and central island, creating a kitchen that is not only functional but also perfect for entertaining. Floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors and a large skylight above the dining area ensure the extension feels bright and connected to the outdoors all year round.

To maintain consistency, we also carried out a full house refurbishment, introducing high-quality finishes and modern fittings throughout. From electrics and media upgrades to bespoke fixtures, every detail was designed to align with the family’s lifestyle. A new porch improved the property’s kerb appeal, while wet underfloor heating throughout the first floor ensured year-round comfort.
