Epsom – Rear Extension & Full House Refurbishment

This exciting project in Epsom saw us deliver a comprehensive transformation of a family home, combining a 27sqm single storey rear extension with a full home refurbishment. The goal was to create more space, modernise the interiors, and maximise property value for the future—something our design and build company specialises in across London and the South East.

The extension formed the centrepiece of the renovation, opening up the rear of the property into a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Large, five-metre bi-folding doors create a seamless connection to the garden, while a raised skylight ensures natural light pours into the heart of the home throughout the day. The kitchen was elevated with top-of-the-range appliances, including a bespoke extractor fan that combines style with functionality.

The refurbishment extended well beyond the extension, covering every detail of the property. The bathrooms were redesigned with a contemporary family and en-suite layout, both benefiting from underfloor heating for a touch of everyday luxury. A new Megaflo system was installed to improve energy efficiency and performance, while electrics and media were updated throughout the home. The front porch was also refurbished, ensuring the kerb appeal matched the quality of the interiors.
