This beautifully thought-out new build terrace house is located close to the historical Windsor town centre.  

Our objective was to create a unique Victorian style home with a sympathetic modern touch The resulting home balanced both in a sustainable package that provides quiet luxury.  The loft provides stunning views of magnificent Windsor Castle and surrounding areas.

Sustainability is at the heart of this mid-terraced Victorian house, designed and built by The Market Design & Build.  Being located within a conservation area, we had to be particular with material choices. TMDB utilised reclaimed London Stock Brick, Spanish slate tiles, Timber Sash windows, French doors and bi-fold doors in line with planning permission granted by The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, ensuring this stylish home is in keeping with the local area. 

The installation of French doors with Juliet balcony, bi-folds doors and double height windows accentuate the natural light that bathes this home.  The beautifully appointed kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art bespoke appliances and pendant lighting. Further features include large skirting and coving throughout, moulding on lounge walls, feature wall in the living area with media centre & contemporary fireplace and bespoke cut string softwood staircase with Ashwood treads.  Each bedroom enjoys its own private en-suite, one with a bathtub and the others with generous walk-in showers.
