EPSOM LOFT CONVERSION
The most important part of this build was the unique loft conversion that would involve extending the roof out to create more living space as well as a Juliet balcony. We also installed a Velux window and roof lights to flood the room with natural light and give the new space an airy feel.
The entrance to the new loft bathroom is fitted with a finch door – meaning the door is hidden within the wall itself when opened. This removes the need for door hinges and maximising the living space for the family even further. Inside the bathroom, the large shower has tiles covering the ceiling to create a wet room feel.
Other key features include:
- New staircase and hallway
- Brand new slates for the roof
This project took just under 10 weeks to complete and our client were blown away by the end result.
