We began by stripping the property back to its core. Several internal walls were removed and new steel supports installed to allow for a flowing, open-plan ground floor design. With the structure reconfigured, we constructed a large double storey rear extension, creating expansive living space downstairs and generous new bedrooms upstairs.

The ground floor now features a contemporary kitchen, dining, and lounge area, perfect for entertaining guests or family gatherings. Upstairs, the refurbishment extended into every room, with bespoke finishes, new bathrooms, and redecoration throughout. The transformation was completed in just 16 weeks—finished in time for the family to celebrate Christmas back in their newly transformed home.
