Slough – Extension & Full Home Refurbishment

This impressive Slough project is a great example of how our design and build company can take an outdated property and transform it into a modern family home with space, light, and style. Our clients wanted a home that felt more open, functional, and contemporary, and the solution was a large single storey rear extension paired with a full refurbishment throughout.

The existing external wall was removed and reconstructed, allowing us to create a wide extension that dramatically opened up the rear of the home. Within this new space, we designed a bright and modern open-plan kitchen, complete with a practical utility room. This central hub of the home now serves as the perfect family gathering spot, combining functionality with elegance.

The new living and lounge areas are defined by light and openness. Large bi-folding doors connect the interior to the garden, while roof lanterns positioned above the extension ensure natural light pours into the space throughout the day. Every element, from painting and flooring to wiring and plumbing, was completed by our in-house team, ensuring seamless coordination and a super-prime finish.

Externally, outdoor lighting highlights the property’s new features, while internally, the combination of carefully selected finishes and high-quality craftsmanship has delivered a home that feels completely new. The clients were delighted with the transformation—an outdated property reborn as a stylish, modern home designed to be enjoyed for years to come.
