This stunning project in Ealing demonstrates how our design and build company maximises living space while seamlessly blending style and functionality. Our clients wanted to unlock the potential of their property and create a more spacious, open-plan layout that would suit modern family living.

We achieved this by constructing a contemporary single storey rear extension that flows effortlessly into the garden. At its heart are striking bi-folding doors, designed to let natural light flood the interior and create that much-desired indoor-outdoor feel. Aligned perfectly with the dining table, a rooflight was also installed to add an extra layer of brightness from above, creating a vibrant, airy atmosphere for the new open-plan space.

The extension has transformed the property into a family-friendly hub, combining a lounge and dining area with a refreshed kitchen to deliver a fresh, modern way of living. The new layout gives the family more flexibility for entertaining, relaxing, and everyday life—all while feeling more connected to their garden.
