Maximising space was our top priority for this project and the beautiful extension built delivered great results. Extending into the rear garden, we began by constructing a contemporary single-storey extension complete with a new set of bi-folding doors, allowing a good amount of natural light to enter the property as well as giving that feeling of inviting the outside in.
Keeping this extension light and airy was a must and with that in mind, our team installed a beautiful rooflight that is designed to let the light flood in, and this looks fantastic when positioned directly above a dining table.
This new house extension in London allows the family to enjoy a larger, more open-plan living space that combines both a dining room and lounge to give this home a more modern and fresh atmosphere.
Other key features include:
- Fibreglass flat roof to ensure the extension remains waterproof
- Installation of a new patio
