Another absolutely incredible project, this time in Harrow. We utilised every last available space to totally maximise the living area of this 3-bed semi. A 22sqm single story open plan rear extension, full house refurbishment and loft en-suite refurbishment came together to truly satisfy our client who had a very clear vision of what they wanted.
Some of the great features include:
- Open plan kitchen dining area
- Flush rear patio making extension look more spacious
- New family bathroom
- Large roof lantern in rear extension
- Wet underfloor heating in new extension and family bathroom
- Install of new boiler and 200 litre water cylinders
- Whole house re-rendered to match extension
This modern rear house extension gives the property a whole new look. The clients are extremely happy with the finished result and we have had great pleasure in working alongside them to achieve their desired result.
