Single Storey Rear Extension & Full House Reconfiguration In Woking

This project involved a rear kitchen extension and a whole reconfiguration with Japanese cladding to a residential property in Woking. We also reconfigured the whole house from the ground floor to the first floor. The project required detailed design consideration to meet all the requirements of the planning application. The wood gives the home a payer of traditional character with just the right amount of unfinished detail. We also added an element of a modern but traditional twist to the home, with a traditional exterior but a modern look to the interior. We did this by adding in new W/C’s with a sauna and a bespoke walk-in shower.
