We added extensions to both the front and rear of the property, creating substantial new internal space. At the rear, the ground floor was redesigned to accommodate a generous open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area—ideal for family life and entertaining. At the front, we created a brand-new downstairs bedroom complete with its own shower and WC, perfect for guests or multi-generational living.

To improve flow and maximise the entrance space, the front door was repositioned, giving the home an entirely new dynamic and improving kerb appeal. Inside, carefully chosen finishes tie the spaces together, including a show-stopping kitchen island and a bespoke brick feature wall in the living area that adds warmth and character.

Light was a central focus of this project. We installed bi-folding doors opening onto the garden, roof lights to brighten the extension, and additional customised windows, all designed to flood the home with daylight and create an airy, welcoming atmosphere. Updated electrics, spotlights, and a full in-house refurbishment completed the transformation, leaving our client absolutely delighted with the result.
