Virginia Water – Luxury New Build Home

What began as a modest detached bungalow in the heart of Surrey has been completely transformed into an extraordinary, state-of-the-art residence that redefines luxury living. This ambitious design and build project made full use of the generous double-width plot, with carefully designed extensions to both the side and rear, as well as the creation of a vast loft conversion that spans the entire footprint of the home.

At the rear, we introduced full-height glass across both levels, flooding the interiors with natural light and connecting the home seamlessly to the landscaped gardens. With 2.5m ceilings, 2.1m internal doors, and carefully selected architectural details, every inch of the property conveys a true sense of grandeur and quality.

A standout feature of this development is the exceptional wellness centre, housed within the purpose-built outbuilding. Here, a steam room, sauna, plunge pool, and direct access to the heated outdoor swimming pool create the ultimate private retreat. The outdoor living space is equally impressive, with a fully equipped kitchen complete with mains gas BBQ, pizza oven, sinks, fridges, and not one but two outdoor televisions.
