At the start of any project, our London design and build team need to gain a better understanding of your specific needs and what you are attempting to achieve, so we do ask a lot of questions! After this, we will complete a full evaluation of the property which involves taking measurements and capturing photos, allowing us to organise everything quickly so we are prepared to start the project as soon as possible.
By this point, we will have obtained enough information for us to understand the different tasks and materials required, as well as break each stage down for you in a step-by-step guide. At this point, we can highlight potential layouts and furnishings, including the different sizes and quality of products available.
Before leaving your property for the first time, we will provide you with our company pack – this contains all our contact details, giving you the opportunity to call or email us with any enquires or to book a meeting.
Is there a charge for our quote?
An initial estimate is FREE of charge. Within this, we will compile a detailed breakdown of your requirements and then compile an estimate based on the visit/discussion and take you through all the available plans.
Do I require planning permission?
Planning permission depends on what work you are intending to carry out. For example: certain conversions do require such permission and all have to adhere to Building Regulations.

Do you have contracts?
Our solicitors have produced our contracts and agreements that, once signed, are legally binding in a UK Court of Law. All our contracts and agreement have a 'cooling off' period, which is compliant with the consumers act.
Depending on the scale of project or services, we provide a contract with a detailed outline of what we agree to deliver, a timeframe for delivery and the costs, which includes materials and labour charges.
What about costs?
We determine the exact cost of your development and a weekly payment schedule will be arranged prior to any contracts being signed. Your project is carried out in stages and once you are satisfied, the balance is to be cleared. Should any additional works be required, we will notify you in advance of any extra costs usually on the next meeting or via email/telephone.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all areas of London, in particular the West London & Central London areas. If your stated areas are not specified, you can contact us to see if your area is covered.
How quick will work start?
Our aim is to start the project within 2 weeks upon agreement of contract. Most projects can be started within 7 days. If the project does require ‘planning permission’ then we allow an extra week or two, this is due to the fact that it could take up to two weeks for a government reply on whether or not they approve.
