Nationwide Design Package

Our design team based in London works closely with our customers to design and build their dreams. We offer a turn-key solution, undertaking every step with our in-house experts. These include our Arb and RIBA registered Architect, Structural engineers, and experienced architectural designers. We are able to meet the client face to face and walk them through our step by step process to ensure the customer’s needs are met while adhering to planning permission and building regulations.

If required, we are able to offer a bespoke build feasibility report at the same time as the design feasibility. This enables the customer to understand the full scope and cost of the project at the earliest possible stage. This can be married with a detailed scope of work which allows the project to be tendered out to other building companies. This is hugely beneficial if you choose not to use ourselves for the construction, which is completely your decision.

Our Architectural Design Package comprises of five to seven steps, although you can also choose to use our services just when you need them


Step 1: Initial consultation... 
We will come and meet you in your home or at your offices, and will discuss your needs and requirements. We'll give you some initial design thoughts, outline the range of our services which might be suitable, and go through the anticipated timelines and costs.

There is no call out site visit fee


Step 2: Survey and sketch designs... 

After you have agreed our fee proposal, we will arrange to visit and carry out a measured survey of your premises. We will then prepare some sketch designs showing you options regarding your project. This step may involve a number of meetings during which the design of the scheme evolves and is eventually agreed.


Step 3: Planning permission... 

Once the outline design has been agreed by you, We will prepare CAD drawings for submission to the appropriate planning authority through our planning Portal Account. During this stage, and depending upon the nature of your project, we may also prepare computer graphics and animations to enable you to visualize the outcome of your scheme. 


Step 4: Building regulations approval... 

Once planning approval has been obtained, We will prepare and submit the appropriate applications and drawings to your local authority to obtain the necessary approvals under the Building Regulations for construction of your project to commence. 


Step 5: Detailed working drawings... 

When Building Regulations approval for your project has been granted,  We will now produce the detailed working drawings for your project including all structural drawings.


Step 6: Tender process... 

We can now prepare the documents for our construction team for a detailed quotation.


Step 7: Contract administration... 

Once you have selected your contractor, we will inspect the works on site, ensuring that they are undertaken to quality, to price, and to time.

At the end of the works, we will help you obtain a certificate of completion from the local authority.
