The Market Design & Build was established several years ago after realising there was a gap in the market in terms of building management. There were several key aspects missing, including lack of structure and communication and poor timekeeping. We decided something had to change and that building work no longer needed to be about overpromising and under-delivering.
Builders often have an unfriendly label attached to them and it was our goal to try to break this stigma, by creating an honest communicational structure within the workplace – one that is transparent from start to finish and includes the customer during every step of the process.

With a background in architecture and customer relations, James has the ability to understand client needs and develop the relationship between our design team, project managers and the end user. He has studied a three year architecture BSc degree course and has years of experience in the customer service industry. This unique combination allows him to quickly and efficiently reassure clients that their projects are handled with the utmost care and professionalism.
After five years of studying Architecture and eight years of practical experience, Roman has established the key principles of dealing with clients and producing high-quality work on time. With an extensive background in Architecture Roman has the skill to provide the best solution to any arisen problem or question regarding a project. His previous experience has taught him that the key principle is the smooth running of a project from enquiry to completed design and ultimately client satisfaction.
Ahmed has studied for 5 years at Kingston University for both his part 1 and part 2. He has experience working in customer service and in practice, he has a good understanding of how to liaise with a client’s needs through his knowledge in architecture allowing him to design well developed proposed ideas for residential housing, master planning and for extensions and loft conversions

He has a great ability to develop projects with a very careful eye for detail, which he believes make things great. An organised individual used to working within time-critical environments, he is a team player who thrives on collaboration with colleagues and clients.

A multinational experienced Construction Manager and Coordinator with civil engineering, quantity survey and quality control background. Experienced in being responsible for co-ordination between client, consultants and sub-contractors.

With a BSc in business and marketing Management, Jasdeep has developed skills to manage different types of operations throughout the business. He is quick learner and adapts to any situation which is given to him by clients and employers. His knowledge helps management to be informed by reviewing and analysing special reports, summarizing information and identifying trends. By having this knowledge, he applies this as he has many daily tasks to complete such as operational requirements, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, also assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Overall, he maintains professional and technical knowledge and always contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Still young he is always willing to learn and extend his knowledge.

With a bachelor’s in International Business Management, Hamael possesses the skills to solidify relationships with current clients and develops new clients. He is capable of providing best proposals to clients which are in line with emerging technologies and the latest market trends. He is able to coordinate with marketing, production and sales managers to generate and implement business strategies to increase brand awareness and ensure we provide the best possible service to our clients. He assists in identifying the needs of our developer clients, preparing business and development plans, funding applications, contacting clients for new developments, and assisting customers in marketing their project to investors.
With a BSc Hons in construction Management, Angad a self- driven, disciplined and motivated individual aspiring to succeed and excel to best of his ability. With onsite experience with large companies; collaboratively worked within an integrated project team that consisted of various professional disciplines and key tradesmen. By working with a diversity of team members gained a better understanding of each of their roles, and the importance of timeliness to avoid fall-backs and keep the project up to date. Led, coordinated and followed up on several discussions, which required excellent organization, persistent initiative, and management. With 15 years of managerial background, Jignesh specialises in residential projects. Working in collaboration with team of architects, surveyors, engineers and builders, to deliver a unified project management service to a high standard.
Following an agreed schedule of works, monitoring progress and overseeing quality control at each stage to ensure successful delivery of the project from start to finish.
Regular interaction with clients and their representatives, keeping abreast of progress and changing requirements are managed within the scope of the project. To minimise risk of potential challenges through effective planning, utilising resources effectively and providing innovative, cost-effective solutions.
An effective communicator who quickly gains the trust, confidence and respect of the construction team, condominium board representatives, project managers, sub-contractors, clients, stakeholders, internal staff, multiple employees and others to ultimately resolve conflicts, overcome scheduling delays, and salvage relationships. Vikasbir comes as an experienced commercial FRC manager (formwork, reinforced steel and concrete) who has in the past been in charge of major building projects. In addition to this, he has extensive knowledge of the policies, procedures and regulations relating to building construction. The ability to coordinate trades, build partnerships, and work collaboratively with architects, engineers, vendors, and local officials to ensure the timely and budget-friendly completion of a project.
Jeevans has good extensive knowledge in the construction industry as he has worked abroad as a project manager. He is PMP certified Strategic MEP Construction Manager with demonstrated success assessing project scope and adhering to deadlines. Also, he is Safety-conscious and detail-orientated with 10+ years of industry background. He is well-versed in team leadership and task delegation to drive project progress and foster client satisfaction.
